Annmarie Fairweather has been the HR Chief for Learning Ally since 2008. She oversees all our practices that deal with People, People Management, Talent Management, and Cultural Development. Annmarie Fairweather is a seasoned Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of expertise on the table. She's worked with leaders from all industries, helping them improve their business, in particular during times of rapid expansion. Annmarie was an influential expert in the translation of enterprise-wide strategic plans and goals into strategies for business and the engagement of employees. She believes that learning is the most important aspect of leadership. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and coached leaders who have demonstrated success and results. Her efforts helped create cultures within organizations which encourage learning and positive change for individuals as well as teams. Annmarie is committed to helping Learning Ally in its mission and also dedicates her spare time in providing assistance to various non-profit organisations. For instance, she is a member in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee who are dedicated to assisting women develop into leaders.
